Bag is in great condition, pre-owned but actually very well kept, I love it. Only downfall is the courier they chose to send with, they kept reaching me in all the ways possible even when processes were done but kept telling me to do things, at some point I didn’t understand what else I needed to do and ended up thinking I wouldn’t receive the package but it got home later than it was supposed to but in good condition, it was just very annoying with the delivery process, first time this happens.
