I didn’t contact the seller, but my experience was excellent. The shipping was super fast and the bag arrived in better condition than what I expected from the pictures posted. I got the bag authenticated by two different companies and both said that the bag is indeed authentic. Packaging was top notch. It was wrapped meticulously in bubble wrap and what a great value for a designer bag.

Very fast shipping! Item just as described and looks so much better in person. Packaging could have been a little more secure although the bag was wrapped in bubble wrap it was moving around in the box (maybe a smaller box would have been better).
